Wikinews:更改用戶名

維基新聞人為自己選擇的使用者名稱並不是永久固定的。如果提出請求，行政員可以幫您變更使用者帳號設定以及您編輯過的條目歷史，讓該指定使用者過去的所有編輯都會被認為是重新命名過後的新名稱所做的。

Username of Wikinewsies are not permanent. If you request, Bureaucrat can help you to change your username and let your edit history to the new name. Past edit will be recognize as your new username's edit.

提示：这里只是更改中文維基新聞的用户名，更名后可至Special:MergeAccount进行全局用户整合。如果是全局用户名更名请移步元维基的m:Steward requests/Username changes提出请求；如需在其他維基中申請更改用戶名，則請前往m:Index of pages where renaming can be requested中所列的所有頁面申請。

Tips: Here only can change your Chinese Wikinews username. You may go to Special:MergeAccount to merge your account after you have renamed. For changing global username please go to m:Steward requests/Username changes. For changing username on other wiki, please refer to m:Index of pages where renaming can be requested.

请注意：用户名的更改只涉及你的贡献（也就是编辑历史），而原来用户页和用户对话页上的内容并不一定会自动转移到新账户中。因此在用户名更改后你可能需要把你旧账号的用户页和用户对话页上的内容移动到新账号上。请参看Help:如何重新命名一个页面。（一般情况下，行政员在改变用户名时会帮助您完成这个操作）

Attention: Changing of username may not automatic to move your userpage and user-talkpage to your new account. You may need to do that by yourself. However, Bureaucrat will do it for you in normal case.

一般更名 Normal Case

1. 如果你只有很少（不到100次）的编辑次数，创建一个新的帐号会更为快捷。（可在參數設置中的用戶資料欄目查看編輯數量）
2. 检查你的新用户名是否已存在（Special:Listusers）。请不要請求重命名至已有帐号。
3. 以旧帳號的身分编辑此页。在「目前请求」下面加入包括旧帐号 -> 新帐号 的字样。並請記得用~~~~签名確認申請時間。基於安全理由，IP申請者不會被接受。
4. 如果你是管理员，请注明以便转移和更改一些必要的数据。
5. 一旦你的请求被通过，你旧帐号的所有信息都将转移到新帐号中。一般请求会很快得到批准。

1. If you have less than 100 edits, creating a new account is better for you to request rename. You may find you edit number on your "preferences" page.
2. Check your target username exists or not by using Special:Listusers.
3. Use your old account to edit this page. Edit the section "目前请求" and include Old username -> New username. Please also sign using ~~~~ to confirm your requesting time and whom you are. Request by IP will not be done.
4. Please make a note if you are sysop on this wiki. Some data will need to change.
5. If your application are approved, all your old account's information will be moved to your name account.

帳戶易手 Usurpations

1. 如果你申請的是帳戶易手而理由是全域帳戶整合，目標帳戶必須沒有任何編輯（破壞性編輯不計入）及日誌（註冊日誌例外），並請於你的主維基中的用戶頁作出一個「空」編輯並於編輯摘要註明你需要在本維基中重命名帳戶，並於申請時提供相關的diff證明。
2. 以旧帳號的身分编辑此页。在「目前请求」下面加入包括旧帐号 -> 新帐号 的字样。並請記得用~~~~签名確認申請時間。基於安全理由，IP申請者不會被接受。
3. 以旧帳號的身分在你的目標帳戶討論頁中留言並要求易手他的帳戶。如果對方七天內沒有回覆，請求便會獲得批准；反之，如該帳戶持有人反對，則請求不會被接受；如他支持重命名，則無需等待七天。
4. 一旦你的请求被通过，你旧帐号的所有信息都将转移到新帐号中。一般请求会很快得到批准。

1. If you are requesting a usurpations, the target user must not have any edits (vandalism edits are not included) and any logs item (register log are not included). Also, please go to your home wiki's user page and make a blank edit with a edit summary "Requesting rename on Chinese Wikinews". Provide a "diff" link to us in order to confirm that.
2. Use your old account to edit this page. Edit the section "目前请求" and include Old user name -> New user name. Please also sign using ~~~~ to confirm your requesting time and whom you are. Request by IP will not be done.
3. Use your old account to edit your target user name talk page and let he/she know you are requesting a usurpation. If he/she support or does not have any reply on it within 7 days, request will be done. However, if he/she oppose, request will not be done.
4. If your application are approved, all your old account's information will be moved to your name account.

注意 Attention

基於技術理由，下列請求不能被執行：

1. 請求將IP的貢獻轉移至用戶名，反之亦然
2. 請求合併兩個用戶的貢獻
3. 請求刪除帳戶
4. 要求以「退出維基」為由重命名至RetiredUser或相近字詞

For technical reason, you may not request for changing a contribution from IP to username, merge user contributions, delete account or use "Retired" as reason and change username to "RetiredUser" or related words.
