The Wikinews Contributing Reporter Awards are to mark numberical contribution milestones as wikinewsies develop growing portfolios of published works. For the purposes of this award, a story must be a news article published for a minimum of seven days on the wikinews site. To claim a story, the wikinewsie must either have started the article or contributed significant content (at least three paragraphs) to the article.

This award is presented to new reporters who have started 10 or fewer news articles.	This award is presented to Wikinews reporters upon their 11th published news article.	This award is presented to Wikinews reporters upon their 50th published news article.	This award is presented to Wikinews reporters upon their 100th published news article.
This award is presented to Wikinews reporters upon their 501st published news article.	This award is presented to Wikinews reporters upon their 1000th published news article.	This award is presented to Wikinews reporters upon their 2500th published news article.	This award is presented to Wikinews reporters upon their 5000th published news article.
