保安局局長鄧炳強有關深圳排洪：所以我哋香港警務處呢係喺排洪之前45分鐘係接獲深圳當局通知將會排洪，我哋警務處亦都隨即通知有關政府部門……係採取一啲適當嘅措施，係包括一啲戒備嘅措施同埋一啲撤離嘅措施嘅。我知道市民可能擔心因為深圳水庫排洪而令到香港水浸，事實上深圳水庫嘅排洪無論對深圳同香港嚟講呢，都係屬於一啲安全保障嘅措施嚟嘅，亦都係喺一個，我哋一個原定嘅計劃之中嘅。事實上受影響嘅陸區亦都冇一個嚴重嘅嚴重嘅水浸情況出現。而多個地區出現一啲水浸情況呢，似乎同深圳排洪呢，都係冇一個直接關係嘅。
