WeChat integration script

Hi, first of all, sorry for using English. @Sheminghui.WU suggested that you can help with integrating the WeChat share dialog here. I have prepared a script that you can import and localize, probably under MediaWiki:SocialBookmarks.js or any other page you prefer. Please translate the "SocialBookmarksI18n" strings in the script into Chinese. After localization, load the script in MediaWiki:Common.js and for mobile compatibility also load it with MediaWiki:Mobile.js. In the social bookmarks template, now you can add a WeChat share button, for example:

 <div id="social-bookmarks-wechat">[[File:Ionicons logo-wechat.svg|20px|Share on WeChat|link=]]</div>
