Usage

This template contains the parts of {{votings}} not involved when manually updating counts, appearing at the end of the list. As of this writing, it lists articles in development, the quiz if there is one, and unless optional parameter noterm is non-blank, a link for editing {{votings}} and a linkebreak. Optional parameter x excludes either zero entries when x=+, or non-zero entries when x=0. Optional parameter row excludes entries not earmarked for the specified row.

Internals

Entries are earmarked for particular rows using {{votings/select}}. Some entries (but not all) use {{votings/n}} or {{votings/m}}.
